Institutional Members
Member Institutions are Christian degree-granting institutions of higher learning whose primary purpose is teaching and research, whether or not they bear the name of a university. In addition to hoding a degree-awarding authorization, member institutions have either obtained local accreditation status or religious exemption in accordance with local laws.
Affiliate Members
Affiliate Members are institutions of higher education offering religious programs at any academic level but have not yet attained either the degree awarding authority or accreditation/ religious exempt status. The affiliate status is valid until they meet the eligibility requirements for institutional membership.
Associate Members
Associate Members are Christian organizations or networks, whose primary mandate is related to Christian education and sharing the association’s goals and values, but which are not eligible to join as full members. Benefiting from the Association’s services, they participate in most of the Association’s projects.

Membership Eligibility
be a Christian private or not-for-profit institution
be degree-conferring institutions;
be locally accredited or exempt from seeking government accreditation in accordance with local law
be exclusively dedicated to religious training in any Christian field of study or branches of knowledge.
grant at least a two-year, first cycle or undergraduate degree.
have graduated at least two cohorts of students.
Conduct research activities implying an active participation of the staff in scientific or scholarly research as well as necessary equipment at their disposal.
be Christian a private or not-for-profit institution.
be legally formed or duly incorporated in accordance with local registration
be authorized, where applicable, to operate as a Bible teaching institution.
be exclusively dedicated to religious training in any Christian field of study or branches of knowledge.
grant at least a two-year, first cycle or undergraduate degree.
have graduated at least one cohort of students.
be a Christian private or not-for-profit organition
be legally formed or duly incorporated in accordance with local registration
have Christian education as part of the organizational mission
be committed to promoting IACU mission and values
